Queensfield Schools is located in a serene, quiet, conducive and secure environment in Kaduna.
The Primary arm was founded on the 13th of September 2011 while the secondary was established in the year 2017.
The visioners of the school are Mr. Oyekunle Adams (Vice Chairman) and Mrs. Omobolaji Adams (Executive Director).
The school comprises of Pre-school (Reception), Nursery, Primary and Secondary sections.
Queensfield Schools is the citadel of learning in Kaduna. The School has well qualified and experienced teaching staff in their various fields that are ready, capable with drive and passion to take Pupils from the grassroots to an enviable height of learning.
At Queensfield, we are set to strengthen the character and develop the intelligence of the children entrusted to us. We strive to make the best of the school years available by assisting children according to their different needs to fit themselves, practically, morally and intellectually for the work in life.
All the core areas of learning that are of importance to the school are critically looked into – literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, personal and social responsibility. This we do by creating engaging practical oriented curriculum and bringing the subject closer to the pupils, structuring the school to know pupils well and holding pupils to high standard. These are the structures that allow personalized learning and high expectation to take place.
Our aim is to prepare pupils for a meaningful life where each can work effectively, think critically and act compassionately to build a better world with small class size, where teachers can get to know pupils well and individualize learning to fit the child.
Parents are kept informed about their child’s progress via phone, Newsletter, communication book, WhatsApp platform and of course Parent, teacher conferences.
We look forward to each pupil becoming a good listener and speaker. We want pupils to know that everyone has a point of view that needs respect.
The following facilities are available in the school: State of the art library, Art studio, ICT room, Science Laboratory, Music studio, Sickbay, fully furnished and air conditioned classrooms, multipurpose hall with gallery, a sports field and the power house (kitchen).
